Science Students Create Water Filters

On Friday the students in Mr Davis' Science class created water filters!

They were provided materials that could be found outside while camping and asked to make filtered water that is drinkable. The students had previously learned about the process so they had to recall what they learned. No group was able to create water that could be drank in class because there was not enough time. The students worked hard and had fun.

If you are a 5th grade parent and have not already heard about this project ask your child to explain what they did, or even show you at home.
